Customer service at this location is above reproach. I was in and out pretty quick. The only issue I had is that they did not sell ball and trailer hitches. I left mine home and need to buy another one. But, she told me exactly where I could get one. And she knew the exact size I needed.

Just to pick up an UHaul was an adventure. This will more have to do with Uhaul as a company not with this particular location. I went online on July 2nd and made a reservation for a 10 foot truck to pick up on July 14th. I wanted the 10 foot truck because I have a narrow driveway and this truck fits perfectly with it, anything else I could damage the truck or house because will be too big. On July 14th I go to pick up my truck and seen that someone at UHAUL illegally changed the truck to a 15 foot truck without contacting me and I never agreed or authorized anyone to change it. Now person at that evans location did help and give stores that might have the truck I want. I looked online and seen no one didn't have any. I tried web agent and was told to call scheduling, I called and the lady that answered was not helpful and was proud that uhaul was inconveniencing me and delaying my move. Then she didn't want to do her job and transferred me to someone else without notifying me and I get a customer service agent telling me only the CEO of uhaul knows what they are doing no else is competent at uhaul and didn't try to help. I tried to calm down and call again after a 50 min wait to speak to a rep, I did escalate to a manger/sup, and spoke with Erika, and told me that this location had the truck I wanted and should have no issues picking it up and she would get the order set up. I go to this location and the rep there doesn't have the order and trying to charge me almost double then want I reserved for. To avoid saying or doing something that I might regret I walked out and called again and waited for another 45 min, escalated and got Erika again who finally got the issue taken care of. I was delayed a day by Uhaul inability to take care of their customers and representatives that represent U Haul manily have piss poor attitudes. Now Erika put in an effort to resolve this issue so I have no issues with her and may need to promote her she might be the 2nd person that knows how to do anything at Uhaul. If I move again I will not be using UHAUL even if it's free still will not use and will not recommend. I don't expect anything to happen from this because UHAUL got my money and that is all that matters. Let me let you get back to providing poor service to other customers and inconveniencing them.

Trailer was parked behind a large mud filled puddle that I had to work thru just to get to the trailer to hook up. Where all the uhaul equipment was parked needed better or redone surface for the renter to get to the equipment.The trailer light hookup cable was missing had to find one to be able to use the trailer then found out that all of the lights on the driver side of the trailer were not working. Only on the passenger side rear was one light working for both brake and turn signal working.

My only issue was reserving the equipment on your website under the name I-20 Storage because that is how you have it listed and not as Blue Sky storage. When I got to the location they did not have my reservation. This was not the fault of the location but of corporate entity. It caused stress and inconvenience for me and for the location. It made it seem it was a complete waste of time for me to reserve ahead. I feel my time and inconvenience should be compensated somehow. That is the only negative with this entire experience. Trust me your business has not grown at a pace during a pandemic that you could not have kept your website up to date.
