MARK HBlue Sky Storage is great and my go-to location for UHaul rentals. The only time I go somewhere else is if a trailer isn't available. Get them an open utility trailer for local use only since that is an item a lot of people could use for local hauling of supplies.

LINDA CBlue sky storage was great, their staff was great. The U-Haul app that I had to download to pick up and drop off the truck while they were closed is absolutely garbage. It took us an hour to get the vehicle checked out and couldn’t even fully finish the process with the app. Dropping the vehicle off once again we hit problems with the app and online it wasn’t showing that I even had an active rental there was all kinds of problems I had to call customer service several times never got any of my issuesWith the three separate phone calls I had to make the customer service. I love blue sky storage but I highly dislike U-Haul because of the experience I had with the U-Haul products in customer service

RONALD SDon’t rent the furniture dolly. Wasn’t what was expected. Utility dolly was great but didn’t use the 4 wheel one. It is too small for furniture. Waste of money. Not a 4 wheel utility

James MThe lady at Blue Sky Storage was super nice & helpful. I had to move my pick up time back an hour & she made it really easy. Both pick up & return was a breeze. The antique shop is super cute too. I would definitely rent from them again.
Megan MThe truck and pick up process was good. The people hired through U Haul I would not recommend. As we are unpacking, we have discovered that we have damaged furniture that we didn't know about when we gave them their ratings and are not able to change it. Extremely disappointing. Can't say that this process of renting the truck and the helpers is worth it when you have several pieces of furniture ruin.
George MCool drop off location, that we will return to in the near future, in order to shop their antique mall. We unfortunately didn’t have a lot of time, since we had to get back to our veterinary clinic/kennel in Greensboro Alabama to pick up our two dogs. Dropping off was extremely quick and easy.

Matthew KI had reserved the truck with Blue Sky Storage as it is close to me and I wasn't going far. I got a text to pick up a truck at another location located in Fl. I live in Al. I called Blue Sky and got it straightened out but I shouldn't have had to call since I reserved it at the location I wanted to pick it up at. Not sure how or why that happened but this is the 2nd time that happened. Last time I just drove to Fl but didn't want to go that far. Blue Sky Storage are always a pleasure to work with.

Herchell HExcellent experience, trailer was just great. The only problem, was that I ordered the trailer from blue angel u-haul, but had to go to Lillian Alabama to pick it up, although only a couple of miles, still a bit of a pain.
