The app on the pick up side was awful. I continued to loop and would not allow for my “confirmed” contacts to be verified. Sally on the app was not helpful. The first on phone rep was unwilling to make it right. The second on phone rep wasn’t helpful until we got to a supervisor and that person was helpful. This ultimately cost me about an hour of my personal time. Not sure I’ll ever use a mobile station again. I may even look elsewhere for rental truck needs
