We dropped off when they were closed so we didn’t talk to personnel there but they were extremely helpful when we picked it up. Will definitely use uhawl in the future.

Have a person that you turn in the rental to. Not happy with everything online. When I talk to you and look at a person when setting up rental and return I’m clear about everything. At this location I spoke to the employee and he did the return for me. I love that.

ALAN HI don't like this new age, where you cannot talk to somebody and go into an office to pick up or drop off. A U-haul. I don't like doing it on the phone I don't like dropping keys off I wish people would do their job and set in an office and be personable.

Hope SThese comments are for U-Haul policy, not the pickup location. The truck container area is clean because you threaten to charge the customer $25 if it isn't swept, not because of any effort on U-Hauls work. The trucks have poor pulling/hauling capability and have such a poor ride that I was concerned for content damage even at slow speeds. You changed the drop off location from what was originally selected, changing the allowed mileage (which barely covers the distance traveled from pickup point to drop off). Your fuel policy is quite simply a problem. With no way of knowing how many gallons per mile the truck uses, the customer has the choice adding more fuel than needed, or stopping numerous times to add fuel and likely running out of allowed miles. There are several hidden fees that occur through the process of the online "specific information", reservation, to the final amount charged when the vehicle is picked up. I will be trying to avoid using your services in the future and looking for alternative solutions.
Lowell CNothing I went cross country to recover my stolen van . Thanks to both the rental and return they made it possible smoothly , a bit expensive but I understand the drop fee. Thank you he went over everything for me on trailer . Excellent to work with

Bruce RWe got no paperwork at all when we rented the truck. We were late on our return time because we just assumed it had to be returned "on Saturday" as in by end of day, but no it had to be back at noon. I feel like return times should have been gone over with me. The man that rented me the truck and trailer was the only person there at the shop so he was rushing to get everything done so he could get back to his garage.. which he was leaving unattended while assisting us with the equipment. I should have gone through my link in my email and reviewed the application myself and gotten the return time information, but I still feel like it should have been information that should have been gone over with the customer. Seems important to me ....
Cherri DDropping off was nightmare, 6348 n grand has no parking for there trucks, any agent of uhaul should have a lot to park trucks in , I took the truck there she said you all know she doesn't have a lot to put the truck ,why in hell would you send people. I had bring the truck back home could not get any help on the phone I was on hold 40 minutes then I hung up called another 30 minute wait I called about 5 times finally nadia came on the phone I explained everything to her my husband had treatment for his illness that day . When you give a drop off address make sure it's the right one . I will never recommend uhaul. We dropped the truck off at 1700 n Cicero, your employees there are fantastic they listened and apologized for us being treated that way.

Tommy RThe truck was dirty when I picked it up, and the truck was not in the spot specified in the mobile pick-up instructions. A completely different truck was parked there and my truck was parked in a separate lot a couple buildings down the road that had a completely different business name associated to it.
Madeline BI was told there was no drop off location in winona mo. I was given Poplar bluff Mo Poplar Bluff added 80 miles to my trip. I was charged an EXCESS mileage fee of 42.00. I believe I should be refunded this penalty. I was given bad information. Eileen Thomas

Breck PMy comment has nothing to do with the location of rental but rather with U Haul services. If you need to contact them, good luck, there isn't anyone answering phones promptly. I was told a 52 minute wait to hold for a customer service rep. I called a different number and was connected to a person who said she would submit my request for an adjustment (I was overcharged) to a supervisor who would get in touch with me within 72 hours. Those 72 hours have came and went and no one has yet to contact me. I would have stopped payment but that cost money and since they had my debit card, they would have just charged it again. They win, as usual, but beware, check your receipt. I had 315 miles and was charged for 622!

Micheal RClean the back of the truck before I rent it. Had tons of dirt. First place I went to didn't have the right equipment (TD) but instead had an AT that didn't even work. After spending 1.5 hours there I decided to cancel and had to go 30 more minutes out of my way to get a truck
