Nothing to do with this location but U-Haul needs to make it clearer that a one-way pick up location can change 24 hours in advance. There should be a pop-up message that warns the customer of this that they have to click up accept. U-Haul changed our original pick-up location to a location an hour out of our way the day before and I had to call to get something more convenient but still out of our way.

KRISTI EThe truck was filthy when we picked it up. I was told if I put it back to half a tank I would not be charged. But o was. I also removed the insurance and it was put back on. I paid $97 for a $30 truck that I had for 4.5 hours. Absolute crap.
Richard JVery clean and friendly location I drive past this place all the time but have never used U-Haul never had a need to but they made it really super convenient to drop off my equipment. Call the location to ask if I just drop it in the lot and they were super friendly. Would not expect anything less from them as they run a top notch towing service and would recommend them for that as well!

ELIZABETH BActually didn't return it when there was people there so I'm I just answered yes because I'm sure they would have been helpful the only thing I would suggest is that they should have better signage maybe to tell people where to park their U-Hauls because I wasn't exactly sure where to park or where to leave the U-Haul at as well as there was no detailed signage stating where I was supposed to put the keys for the U-Haul only for keys for the business itself because it's a mechanic shop

Jayder AOur return time was before the location was open for business, so no personnel for drop off. It was all done through the app. Not the location’s fault. It was a good location and easy to find.

CINDY AI’m extremely dissatisfied that I was charged $40 extra for a day that wasn’t used. I returned the truck 24 hours after picking it up and got charged for 2 days! That is unacceptable and I will be considering using another company for my next truck rental.

RIHARD SI was sent a text communication to confirm vehicle license plate and other information as I picked up the vehicle. The rental agent did not mention to expect one, and as I was occupied by picking up and riving the vehicle, I was not paying attention to texts. When I tried the link later it had timed out and I could not reply. In the future, I recommend alerting customers to the expectation of any required interactive texts at pick up, or collecting the required information in the pick up process. Given all the emphasis on driving safety and no texting while driving, eliminating the text request seems most prudent to me.

David TWe would have rated 5 star except when we rented the trailer we had to go out of town to be guaranteed a trailer would be there. We do have a Uhaul rental in Lodi, WI, but they could not guarantee to have a trailer there...don't understand...not customer friendly.

Ben VUhaul could modernize it's reservation program. With less that 24 hours notice I was told I couldn't get the size I was allowed to reserve. I was also told I could use a pickup location that would require me driving 2 hours to get. Later I was told I couldn't use that site wither. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

devin WTrailer was full of trash and dirt. Location did not hook up trailer for me, had to do it myself, drive it across the highway to their office, so they could take a photo of it hooked up. Very lazy location, will not rent from again.

Andrew RIt was unbelievably easy to pick up and drop off the 6' x 12' trailer I rented. No hassles.
Gregg SHad it maybe 2 hours... literally from portage to cambria and back... 1 load.. stopped in cambria put 10 dollars in before coming back... still got charged and extra 27 dollars for gas.. i know gas ain't cheap but yall screwed me in this deal... drove literally like 40 miles total and it cost me over 125 dollars total for a 2 hour run time.

Randall SMy truck was parked very narrowly between another truck and a trailer. To get the image of the front for the mobile check in, I had to walk in and crunch down brush. The folks at Blystone and the counter experience is always amazing though. Next time I will not use the mobile self check in.
