I had a frustrating experience with this U-Haul location. First, they didn’t even offer three furniture dollies at the location but charged me for them anyway, and when I tried to use the mobile pick-up service, I needed to speak with an associate. Then, I noticed that the starting mileage on my contract didn’t match what was displayed on the odometer. I pointed this out to the associate before leaving, but they assured me that the mileage would be adjusted on the contract and that the charge for the dollies would be removed. However, neither of these things happened, and I had to call several times about both issues. The pick up location was closing for the day and I now believe no adjustments were made because they wanted to leave work early. Eventually, the dollies were refunded, but I still receive messages about charges related to mileage overages. I’ve called and spoken to both the drop-off and pick-up locations, who have claimed that this has been resolved at various points. Despite this, I continue to receive messages about pending charges, and there have been numerous attempts to charge my credit card, which I have not authorized and which my bank has thankfully continued to stop. Both the drop-off and pick-up locations have acknowledged that this is obviously an error, yet I continue to receive messages related to this from U-Haul. I’ve rented from U-Haul before and had perfectly satisfactory experiences, but this recent incident has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. If this issue is not resolved, I will not be a customer going forward.

I moved 3 miles away from my apartment. I find it IMPOSIBLE to believe that I drove 144 miles. Not only I won’t be recommending this location to anyone, but I won’t be using Uhaul nor recommend it to anyone.
