B IThe uhaul app is awful to use, and simply would not work when I attempted to do a return using the app. Worst app I've ever used when it does work.
THEODORE ASome of the trucks are high and difficult to climb in and out of with my bionic knees and being 5'6". A step rail would be much appreciated.

GREGORY WVan is clean and virtually new. I've rented it a few times. The process is easy and quick. Bob's Rental Center in West Sand Lake is convenient and Bob is a nice person to work with. I'll be back.
Janet ORenting a van is simple at Bob's Rental Center in West Sand Lake NY. The van is very comfortable and easy to drive but getting in and out can be a bit challenging if you are petite or have bum knees. I think U Haul HQ should put a step rail on the box truck since it is even higher. It is embarrassing trying to climb in and out. A step stool isn't practical and can be dangerous.
Janet OI didnt have a problem with Bob' Rental. I had a problem with the self check app. It took close to an hour with help from tech support. Despite doing the pre application part with demographic info, credit card info etc , when I arrived there was a problem with the location app. It couldnt find me despite location apps were all allowed. Had to call u haul tech support which was helpful . Rep was very nice but all said and done. It took an hour to finally get truck . I will never order a truck this way again...only in person.

Matthew JI was supposed to puck up the truck in Albany. Two days before the scheduled pick up, I got a call that the truck would be at Bob's Rental Center. I wasn't happy about the extra time and distance but, I am happy to report that my experience at Bob's Rental was great. The customer service was great and, if I lived closer, I would definitely go to Bob's Rental Center to rent equipment. It looked like they had everything there.

AUDREY GGood deal. Used the auto pick up by phone as it was Sunday and counter rental was closed. Glad I had my passport w/ me as a 2nd form of ID to scan. Overall a good experience and I would use this location and service again.

RICHELE CI loved the van! I was pleased that the controls were easy to use, and the vehicle so easy to operate. My only suggestion would be if you could find a way to add hand holds by the cargo doors. Being a petite person I had trouble getting in and out of the cargo space.

Linda BI paid him $100 in cash because I had a debit card not a credit card and I see that my debit card was charge $51.75 so I paid $151.75 for a one day renter on a van that is $19.00 plus $50 dollars insurance.
