Truck was very dirty, especially compared to other locations I've rented from. It also seemed to be poorly maintained, as it ran quite rough. The woman on the phone copped an attitude with me when I called to explain that I'd be extending my rental. Overall, I'd describe my experience at this location as poor in every aspect.
Alyssa PIt was a Saturday afternoon; I had missed closing by less than 30 minutes. There wasn’t a good place to park the uhaul without blocking in at least one other vehicle. My biggest issue wasn’t the location’s fault, but my phone didn’t get good signal, so the app was nearly impossible to navigate and kept timing out. If I returned to this location for drop off again, I would be sure to be there during business hours

Al MThe entire situation was awful. I was supposed to pick up my truck using the 24/7 pickup at 7:30 AM on 8/26. When I arrived at the location I was not able to pick up my truck as the location did not have it available. I had to pick it up an hour late from when I was supposed to pick it up when an employee of the site got there. When I called the customer service line I was passed around like a basketball during a pickup game and nobody understood my frustration. Everyone in your “customer service” department was extremely rude and never let me get my point across. It was an absolute joke and I will never use U-Haul ever again and will never ever use this company ever again for moving services. This company is a complete joke. Customer service should get better training.

Susan RThere were very few spots to park the trailer. Location was closed and trailers and equipment were parked all over - not organized. We were hesitant to leave the trailer there.
Mike vThe original place didn’t set up the 24/7 pickup so I had to drive an additional 35 miles to pickup a different U-Haul. I didn’t receive the Dolly or moving pads that I had paid for and still got charged. I had to pay for extra miles which was the additional mileage I had to go to pickup the U-Haul. I had to waste time and gas and had to pay for your mistake with the extra mileage as well as the additional gas required.
Tyler BMake sure not to get the corporate yahoo's from Arizona. They don't understand distance or the terrain in Montana at all and might send you on a wild goose chase. They don't bother to tell you if they have everything until a couple days before your rental.
Steve WUhaul site does not make sense when I fill out everything including drop off location then do the online check-in only to have to do it all over again at the store. Which even then the info sent to this location was way wrong. I was listed as one way trip out of state. Completely wrong. I stayed in state and returned the trailer to the same location.
arvel aIt's just kind of a tired location, has been a variety of businesses over the last decade. It was close to home and they had the truck I needed. Pick up done with the app and a call to the support line. That seemed to be the only option there.
