The gentleman at this location whom I have never met before. They treated me well, we talked as if we have known each other for 20 years. Truly a nice location and genuinely nice service representative. World needs more people like him.

We did not expect the disrespectful and rude experiences we endured. Short and rude. Abruptly informed me the pads I ordered and expected weren’t there and told me to find another place. Turns out, I found Pinner’s in Whiteville and they were Great! Wish I had found them first!!

When my truck that I received confirmation for wasn’t available I had to drive an hour one way to pick up this truck. I was taken care of in the best way and it completely gave me back confidence that had been lost in my previous dealings with u-haul. If you want more info on my 6 phone calls and being transferred only to be disconnected and there never having been a truck the size and location that the website confirmed was available you can reach out. 2 associates out of all of that were helpful.

On the trailers you should have a jack attached to raise them off the ball. We had a hard time getting it off the truck ball because it was so heavy and we are older people. The store was closed so there was no one available to help us. Thanks

We did not have issue with the pick up location. The problems had to do with making the reservation. We are also charged extra mile due to pick up location was 45 mins. From the place we requested.

This location was nice and extremely helpful. If I ever need another U-Haul I will go back to the Bolivar, TN location at Bolivar Hardware. I did not have any problems other than the back right tire had to have air in it. It looked fine when I picked up the trailer, however I did not double check the tires prior to leaving pick up site. After leaving and filling up with gas, is when I got all the tires checked. This heavy trailer (6’ x12’) with 4 wheels (2 on each side, inline) does not have a trailer foot to lift and lower onto the ball. A trailer this large has foot on the trailer as a safety feature. This will help with hitching and unhitching this size of a trailer. I had my big brother with me to help in lifting and moving this large trailer off the ball of my truck. Once it broke loose , having to use a crowbar it fell down right on top of my right leg scraping the hide off of it and a deep bruise around the cut. This would have been eliminated if the trailer had a foot on it. U-Haul - as a safety measure, install a trailer foot. Thank you

Overall customer service was excellent and very friendly staff. Only issue we had was with an electrical short in the running lights on the trailer, it happens. Other than that everything was excellent.

U-Haul has a big problem regarding furniture pads. I reserved 3 dozen pads, but the pickup location didn't have any, and I was not informed until I arrived. I had to drive to another location (a 50 mile roundtrip) to get them, which delayed my move.

This was a no-contact pick up. Sharon (UHaul employee on phone) was incredibly courteous and helpful.

They charged me a little over 22 dollars after dropping off ,,it was not open I had to put everything in the drop box ,,it was clean and no damage when I dropped off ,,I will not be using uhaul any more this is the 4th time I've been charged for something that should have not been charged ,,and I made sure the fuel tank wans full also ..I want my 22 dollars back

I reserved a trailer at Millington Tn location. Received a call the day before that there would not be a trailer at that location for me to pick up. Was sent to a location in Bartlett TN to get my reservation, hooked up to trailer and brake lights did not work. Left that trailer and was reassigned a trailer in Boliver Tn approx 56 miles from my home. I had to have a trailer to move my daughter to Tn Tech in Cookeville. This took 4 hours to complete. The assistance I got was good but I feel a trailer should have been transferred to Millington at the beginning and I wouldn’t have had to experience this and used my gas to get this trailer. That I reserved ahead of time..

Make sure the trucks are available when they are reserved for the pick up time.Pick time was 9am did not receive a truck until after 1pm had a move out date and time and the late truck pickup made everything a pure nightmare.

The slide out ramp was full of powder concrete. I had to sweep it out before I used it. Reserved a one-way 15' truck and car hauler in Collierville, TN. U-Haul dispatch called me 6pm night before I wanted it and said only one available is 43 miles away. They discounted it and gave me extra 100 miles, but $80 Lyft and 2 hour delay for my task.
