Guy at the front desk was very rude. I rented the truck between 830am and 1230pm, i was i going to make it. Jokingly i said i hope so. He rolled his eyes and said he had someone else needing that truck at 1230pm. He asked to confirm my phone numer. He asked if i had received a txt from him, i said yes. After standing there in complete silence for 5 or so mins. He sits back in his chair and asked if i received a txt. He never said open it to complete verification waisted 15min into my rental time. After getting all of that completed he said to have it back by 12pm. After leaving the parking lot, he calls and tells me that he did not give me the utility doly i rented as well. I was already 3 miles away and wasn't going back to deal with him. I was refunded my $7 but will never go to this location again.

FREDDIE HIt may bot be the businesses fault, but It appears the gas gauge is broken. I drove about 20 miles, put 9 gallons of gas in it and the gage did not move. Last time I rented a truck for 16 miles it took about 2 gallons.

Thomas CThe 26' van was older and the oil light was on. When we told the manager, she said it just indicated the need for an oil change. With the vehicle loaded and on the highway to the destination, the vehicle lost power. We were able to make it to the destination at a top speed of 12 MPH. It was not a safe situation. We were able to return the vehicle to the rental location. Zach the U-Haul representative followed up with us promptly and was very professional and helpful. He very unexpectantly refunded our full payment for the U-Haul and apologized for the situation. This was more than we could hope for and beyond what we expected. With that kind of stand behind your service, we will gladly do business with U-Haul again!
