Go over the vehicle with the customer especially if they are new to renting go ver each contract and make sure they understand what to do such as inspecting the vehicle I took pictures of the vehicle around, but didn’t see the email till later to where I was supposed to have put it in and put the pictures in so I had no idea that I was supposed to do that and then when I went to go back, I couldn’t get back to it. I don’t know why.
Ella GCustomer service was very rude had trouble returning truck and the scheduler was very rude and tried to charge me for a extra day when I couldn't get a hold of no one at a shady drop off spot .. very very disappointed in u haul which I have used many times over the years 😔
STEPHEN WAbsolutely nothing! He was very patient and kind as we experienced a couple delays like me leaving my phone in my car which my friend had just left in to deposit money on my card. I feel bad now cause I can't recall his name but he let me use his personal cell phone to contact my friend for a piece of info we needed. It was overall a great experience! He was very pleasant and efficient and I enjoyed talking w him about various subjects throughout the rental process. 5 stars AND a 10/10!! Thank you again Boneyard Taxidermy for the excellent customer service we experienced during our rental process!!

Tommy GNever got the text about mileage accuracy. Was over charged on mileage. I tracked mileage and we traveled 6.2 miles and was back with truck within 1 hour and 3 minutes. Charged for 24 miles. After complaining to U-Haul and the dealer, he made things right by reimbursing out of pocket. Said mileage from Saturday hadn't been updated is why we were over charged.
