James BBest uhaul rental spot ever. We will do all our rentals for uhaul here. They are quick, observant, and very friendly. The customer service is beyond any I have seen outside any other regular uhaul establishment, he is running 2 different businesses. Family oriented and the best one stop shop for a phone with boost and moving rentals!!!!!

Joe BNo comments one way or another, I dropped off after hours and the spots available were amble, lighting was good. There was a tree/bush behind one of the parking spots that I thought probably didn’t need to be there. Good spot to return, lots of room to maneuver.

Christian DWell I had no idea what was required to return the van after hours. I had already parked, cleared my items, looked up, and dropped the key. I think if I was told that I would have to follow a few steps and to hold onto the keys until it’s done I would have gotten all the pictures that were requested.
Roderic GNever send a customer out of Milage range for drop off just to charge extra. I contacted U-Haul, but it was never resolved. I had never had a problem before with U-Haul.

Candida MI reserved a truck from budget 3 weeks prior to the date I needed it. It was slightly cheaper than your rates. When I got to the counter with my reservation number and confirmation email on moving day they had no trucks available within over 100 miles. They had cancelled my reservation and failed to notify me. Uhaul was able to set me up with the truck I needed within an hour. It saved the day. I have rented with uhaul before and been very happy. I regret being lured by a slightly lower price. I will stick with uhaul from now on for all my moving needs. The agent was helpful and very friendly. Send him my compliments.

muhammad mI originally was supposed to pick up at a location closer to my home at 730 am. When I arrived no one was there and when I tried to login I was told to return at 1130. I waited 20 mins or more for customer service to tell me I would have to go to the second location. When I got there I had a second call to customer service to get the check in sorted. All in all my move was disrupted by a few hours. I should not have been able to reserve at the first location if it was unavailable and my rental fees should be refunded.
Laurie MI would definitely use this location again. The pickup was timely and professional. We had everything we needed. Drop up was even faster. I have never dealt with a UHaul company that was this pleasant. If you need a truck or any type of service...please go here. You won't be disappointed.

Ricky BI did not expect to rent from a T Mobile cell phone store that did not open until 9:30 am. I arrived at 9am and had to wait until he arrived. I rented the trailer for the day, but I was told I had to return by 2pm because he another for renter the trailer. The man was courteous and friendly, but I would rather deal with U Haul, not T Mobile . ..
