Miranda NWe reserved the truck three weeks in advanced and was informed by manager that we could give three day notice to ensure we would pick up from location we needed to pick up from which we did and was told we would have to pick up in another city 30 minutes away. Thankfully the transportation dispatcher and the wonderful staff helped us get the truck delivered to us in time to have movers meet on time.

Richard MFriendly and responsive, easy to book appointment and kept me updated. I had checked a bunch of items I didn’t need and I appreciated his guidance. HOWEVER, somewhere in Arkansas my trailer detached from my truck. On the Freeway. According to the tow truck guy, the arm of the trailer was simply placed on my tow hitch but not locked down. Not secured. The arm severed the 2 inch ball, dropped to the freeway sending sparks and flames everywhere while whipping back and forth during rush hour traffic. The danger to both myself and the other drivers on that freeway is obvious. Roadside assistance told me they couldn’t help me because they didn’t know where I was. Told me to call 911 U-Haul has offered me $60 in compensation. Yup. I will never use U-Haul again.

Camilo MOnline check in is to slow. Going to a facility that’s closed forces you to us a slow system. Also when renting a vehicle on line you never seem to have the one you pick available when’s its time and you try to send me to a location that’s far away and then I have to pay additional mileage.This is twice this has happen to me in the past two months. Puts a bad taste in your mouth.

LEONEL RThe pick up process - had to call uhaul for help. App would not work. The truck- full of cockroaches, had a smell to it. The plug in charger port does not work. Drop off- again, I had to call uhaul because app would not recognize that I was at the location, and I was right in front of the door. The key pick up is not very visible. I have rented many times from uhaul - this location was the only one with a van available. I will not use this location again ! For the next person, please bug bomb this van!! Very embarrassing!!!!

Areli DI like this location because it’s close to my home. However, it’s in an Internet dead zone and you can expect to waste 15 to 20 minutes picking up and dropping off the vehicle because you need to walk around the parking lot trying to get a cell signal. (I rent frequently for work and have used this location a couple of times).Then when you do need help returning the vehicle, you’ll end up with a crazy fuel surcharge, and they want you to believe that an eight cylinder truck, uses 5 gallons of gas to drive 18 miles. So if you plan on renting from this location, you should expect only getting 3.6 mpg’s. I didn’t know I was renting a rocketship.

David CThe vehicle had a tire maintenance warning notice in the tires actually looked very worn down. It was given to me with a quarter tank of gas with no mention of filling it back to a quarter tank. I drove so few miles, the needle barely moved anyway. I didn’t know anything about the $30 charge for adding the 2 gallons of gas. No I did not have time to read the contract. Well I was rushing to get going with the van. This location actually seemed sketchy, the fellow that helped me was very nice, but if you U-Haul trucks parked at the outer reaches of a parking lot with nothing else offered was very odd. I will definitely look for a full scale dealership in the future.
