The person who looks independent U-Haul provider never pick her phone from the time I reserved then the opening time suppose to be 0900 but she comes to her store close to 10am. The document I received about The truck odometer is 10 miles lower but the actual odometer on the truck is 10 miles more. The truck has less gas than the document I received. She seems running family business and doesn’t care about customer service. I believe her manager is a family with her because after I spoke to him on phone about the store was closed he directed me to go the closest U-Haul store but once she comes after 40 minutes late he spoke to her and she was so delightful while talking to him. The worst thing is when you ask her about things she keeps saying call customer service which she knows that would be her family responding to the call. ( the customer service I’m referring is the local district,) in general I had a worst experience at this location and needs to be evaluated!!!

RICHARD BDue to the rep not able to speak proper English it made it very difficult to be able to check in. Which it took over 1 hour to check in and for me to call the UHaul 800 number to help the check me out at this location. Along with a lot of junk in store it kinda look more like a thrift store and not a U-Haul location.

cheryl mThis place of business overcharged me for the rental of a 10 foot truck on 5/26. They charged me $540.41 when I was only supposed to pay $38. After that experience, I decided to check a previous transaction that I had with them and I found out they charged me $19.95 extra for a rental on 5/14. I spoke to them about it and they told me that since so much time has elapsed, they will have to work on a solution and get back to me. I was not happy with all that happened. Having the $541.40 removed from my account was a MAJOR inconvenience. I will also like to U-HAUL to process my refund of $19.95.

Carlos MThe 10 foot truck was not available, so I had to call customer service and they gave me the 15 foot truck for the same price. My check in/out online did not work on my phone.
Karen DThe truck was clean, but had a little under a quarter of a tank of gas. It smelled like gas extremely on the outside like it was leaking. The check in and out with your phone was a little confusing at first and took about 20 -30 minutes to complete.
