The tow dolly was not there. The employee didn’t know happened to how it got missing. I had to travel to 5 different locations to find a dolly. This was a very difficult situation
CORREY CI only rate it as average because N/A wasn't an option. I don't know if the inside was clean - they were closed when I returned the truck. I didn't interact with any employees at this location.
RICHARD BDue to the rep not able to speak proper English it made it very difficult to be able to check in. Which it took over 1 hour to check in and for me to call the UHaul 800 number to help the check me out at this location. Along with a lot of junk in store it kinda look more like a thrift store and not a U-Haul location.

cheryl mThis place of business overcharged me for the rental of a 10 foot truck on 5/26. They charged me $540.41 when I was only supposed to pay $38. After that experience, I decided to check a previous transaction that I had with them and I found out they charged me $19.95 extra for a rental on 5/14. I spoke to them about it and they told me that since so much time has elapsed, they will have to work on a solution and get back to me. I was not happy with all that happened. Having the $541.40 removed from my account was a MAJOR inconvenience. I will also like to U-HAUL to process my refund of $19.95.

Carlos MThe 10 foot truck was not available, so I had to call customer service and they gave me the 15 foot truck for the same price. My check in/out online did not work on my phone.
Karen DThe truck was clean, but had a little under a quarter of a tank of gas. It smelled like gas extremely on the outside like it was leaking. The check in and out with your phone was a little confusing at first and took about 20 -30 minutes to complete.

Terry MUhaul has lowered the mileage on their trucks for long-distance moves, even after sending you to a location further away from you to pick up...? Not very customer friendly.
