The customer service was top-notch. Keep in mind that they have a dedicated U-Haul service BUT they are also a tire shop that keeps their lights on. Great folks though, and always ready to answer questions or assist in your moving needs. Again, they’re busy with customers for their main tire store business, but did everything they could to make the truck rental very easy. I will recommend them and use BOTH of their services again!

Shane AOver charge $21 for gas when had half tank when we got it and half tank when took back. The inside was clean and they did upgrade due to not having what was requested just to turn around and take advantage on the back end.
AARON BWe dropped off after hours so there was not staff present. The parking lot was large enough to comfortably navigate the 26’ truck.
