On january 15th 2025, I did rent a 15 feet truck for two days to transport motorbikes from Port-Cartier Qc to Nadonsport Saint-Eustache QC...It's a ride of 860 kilometers.. so a total of around 1720 kilometers both ways. On January 20th 2025 I received a bill for 2787 kilometers done. I went to the local U-Haul office try to solve the problem without success. The lady told me that she was not able to change anything. I did try to reach a manager but no answer....yet.

christian bthe service is pitiful, your internet page does not work, you have to book on the application. The price indicated when booking does not correspond to the price paid on site. The employee charges us more km saying that upon return the unused km will be refunded, which was not the case at all. I absolutely do not recommend Uhaul and would not use your services again.
