I already registered online to use the mobile pick up method. Came in and was asked a bunched of questions and many other things. If you're going to offer a mobile pick up option then stick to that. Don't have the customer do everything twice, it defeats the purpose.

Took 20 to 30 minutes just to pull up my reservation, Gave me Key to wrong vehicle, mileage was incorrect, back of vehicle dirty, authorized my credit card twice!!

U-Haul was not cleaned on outside. I asked if they cleaned the van inside and they said they wiped it down but not that well and it is up to Customer to really wipe it down. But Van was there when I got there.

The attendant was useless, i had to use my phone to download my license . The only reason I was able to complete the rental was because i done it before. The attendant got upset after i told him the unit had several damages not recorded on photos I needed him to come out and inspect the unit.( yes use my phone for that too) he tried to charge $ 10 dollar extra . i told him i wad bot paying that. When I return the unit he did not checked anything!

What is the point of doing a pre-check-in through U-Haul. It was an utter waste of time! I tried to reserve a pick-up time of 9:00am. I received a phone call on Father's Day letting me know that the earliest pick-up at that location wasn't until 10:00am when they opened. Since I did not want to change pick-up locations I said that time was fine. However when I arrived for pick-up there was a sign on the door which indicated that they had opened at 9:30am Monday - Friday. I had to wait in line behind several people, so at approximately 10:30 a man started asking me for information that I had provided on-line when making the reservation and the pre check-in confirmation. WTH?! The gentleman who was "assisting" me had a very heavy accent and was wearing a mask and behind plexi-glass and was very difficult to understand. He then gave me keys and told me to go take pictures of any damage to the van and to come back when finished. I inspected the van carefully and took many pics (by this time it was 10:55am) and went back in waiting for him to finish up with another shipping customer. I told him that I had finished taking photos, so now what? He said, "Did you attach them and show where damages are?" I had no idea what he was talking about because he hadn't shown me that there were pics of the van to accept or decline the condition of the van and to attach the photos disputing the condition. I was livid and when I tried to upload the pics I had already taken the app did not accept them and I had to start all over again. When I was halfway around the van it timed out and went blank WTH Again?! So I attempted to start over once again and when on the last section the app froze up and would not complete loading the last pic taken. I had enough! I showed him how it kept cycling and not loading for the second time and that I was horribly late in leaving for my pick up in LA and that I refused to do it anymore times. He asked if I had paid $14 for a damage waiver and I said no, I had paid $10. Anyway this was b.s.!!!

Operators of this location were very good... The location itself was very convenient... The van was very clean inside and out ... The van operated very well... However the parking brake does not work well at all the pedal goes to the floor and no breaking or at least minimal breaking is engaged the van can roll forward while the parking brake is engaged there is no stopping power... I did not realize this until I left the location and was on the road and then parked... Highly recommended this condition be fixed before the next operator rents the vehicle

The employee told me he would walk me to my truck and show and explain gas and any damages. He did not. Another customer was waiting and he was alone. So he told me I would receive a link to explain. I was not happy. The link shown photos that were hard to tell if old damage was recorded. Apparently there was reported and unreported damage on the top of the truck along the top roof to a upper parking light. Upon my return I was accused of the damage and it was reported. My son had taken photos of the vehicle as it was parked prior to possession. It happen to capture the light damage. When I reported this to the clerk I was accused of taking the photo after driving and damaging it. I explained the photo was time stamped Howe's he refuse to report I had these photos.

There was only one person in front of me that I had to wait for, and it was on a weekend. Great, quick service! Much smoother and less stressful than the first time I rented a UHaul :) Would definitely recommend "checking in online" prior to showing up. Cuts time in half, and you literally just grab the keys and be on your way.

Good experience at this location,previous location at Garfield, Alhambra. Same day where my first reservation was , worce experience ever ,roude ,insensitive ,racist... will not recomend to nobody..felt very insulted...

Website wasn't user friendly. Reserved twice accidentally and had to cancel. Annoyed with 2 referral numbers to pick up. 8am on a Saturday is a hard time to find 2 people to answer their phones unless I get a heads up.

Only one thing I noticed was the previous user left a foam cup with trash in the back corner pf the cargo area when moving boxes into the van. Not a big problem but unfortunate the previous use did not care enough to throw their trash away.

The office charged 40 miles instead 37 miles that I drove. I couldn't see the charges , I received the total amount through email , so I couldn't see the total price. It is small amount but it is not fair

I had requested a 10 ft Uhaul. Unfortunately, I did not review my email being it was all so easy in making request. Come to find a cargo van. This DID NOT accommodate my move due to size. I had to make TWO TRIPS which doubled my mileage. Location great. Using Uhaul again, not going to happen. Dissatisfied customer

The truck was very dirty. This is very bad for visability purposes. The windows were so dirty, that there was a film developing and the wipers werent that great. Overall the customer service was great and very helpful to a first time u-haul renter.

My chosen pick up location was Changed, and nobody called to inform me. I had to call myself to see where my can was. And I was not informed that when renting a can the pick up and drop off location have to be the same. So I was unable to drop off my can at my local centre, and had to get a cab. Just think you should make people aware of this.
