RENE SThe man at this location blatantly lied about the gas amount. I took a photo the day before when I reserved the cargo van. The needle clearly shows EMPTY. The inside was filthy. The photo is date stamped to day I reserved van. I didn’t pick up til next morning. He never told me I would be charged $20 extra. Outrageous from Uhaul who I have been renting from for many years.

Sonia FThis location is run very well. The pick up point is easy and clean. The couple that run it are efferent and on top of everything. I was in and out in minutes. I grabbed my trucked, did what i need to do and just dropped it off at 3am. Key drop too boot! Perfect! This is how you do it!

KEVIN TThe GPS signal wasn't picking up my location when I was right in front of the busineds to start the pick up process, reaching out to the live agent helped out, she directed me to sign in through the website, calling the U-Haul # had me waiting past 20 min. So while I was waiting for someone to answer is when I saw chat with live agent, that saved me time & the time waisted waiting for the U-Haul app to recognize the location.

Noe II have been raenting Uhauls for my Christmas toys pick ups since 2018. This was such a great experience. It was fast and easy to get the van. The man who helped was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who needs to rent equipment

Gabriel PWhen I dropped off the vehicle for check-in, I was told to leave the key and they would look over the van and submit the final charge in about 20 to 30 minutes! Not acceptable! Between the time I left the van, there, and when the van is visually inspected, some damage could occur to it. Who would get the blame? So, I pushed them to inspect it while I was there, so they eventually did, about 5 mins. later. The charges did total to what I was expecting to pay. Not sure if I will rent from them, again!

Rodney SLocation could Block off parking spots for return of rental. This location is in a Costco parking lot and it was difficult to find a parking spot for the return.
Erica RIt took 15 minutes to get me situated before we could leave, which was part of my 4 hours of time. I thought I gave all that information when I made the reservation. Otherwise it was very nice and I’m sure I’ll use this place again.

ANSHY AI received horrible customer service. The van was dirty. I had added a dolly with my reservation and he refused to give it to me. I’ve rented at other Uhaul’s and this has never happen before. He also over charge me an additional $80 dollars when my estimated charges were at $65. I ended up paying $160.00. Horrible, just horrible.
Claudia SThey charged 2 gallons at $7.50 despite I drove just 5 miles. I have proof of that. Also I have proof of gas gauge at 3/4 when I received the truck. They sent me a bill that was at 7/8. That is unfair. If you need a picture I can send to you.

Juan GWanted and made a Rez for a pickup. Only a van available. Equipment I was hauling was too tall. Thus why I wanted the pick up. Made it harder to deal with.

Carl Hthe UHUAL app needs to be fixed. I spent 30 minutes trying to upload a picture of the odometer and another 30 minutes trying to get a hold of a UHUAL agent on a busy Saturday afternoon, then they hung up on me. A google search on reddit solved my problem. The browser and the actual uhual website works and uploads pictures. the app is pretty much worthless
