Only problem I had was somebody had smoked in that truck. I cannot blame that on this location, because people are inconsiderate. I am a non smoker and it was a rainy day, it made the whole experience a challenge.John N.
I did not appreciate the check-in App. I found it to take too much time & would have preferred a personal check in. The app required too many pictures & was quite cumbersome! I was annoyed!Kristi G.

Representative put wrong gas meter and mileage after truck drop off. It caused way too high charge. I had to comeback this location to correct it. So bad experience!Yong Moo K.

The truck itself was very nice and new and in great condition. The process of getting a truck and contacting support customer support line was not easy. I called three different times and each time I waited 25+ minutes to be connected to an associate. It also let me book a 24/7 truck to a location where it wasn't applicable to do so. So I went to this location at 6pm (my original pick up time) and could not access my truck.... so I had to come back the next morning and do the process in person with an associate. The guy was nice, but he came 10 minutes after the store was supposed to open. Logistics were not top notch in order to get my truck, but the drive to my destination and the stuff it held was what made the whole experience a lot better.TAYLOR C.

Truck was not clean. There were spills on the cup holder, floor, and seats not cleaned and the outside was covered with mud. The rental person seemed completely unconcerned about anything except getting me gone.Loren S.
I don't understand why you can't rent a truck without a second contact. It serves no purpose. I had to give my son's name and number just to rent the truck which i wasn't really comfortable with but i needed the truck so i had to. Next time i think i will just make up a name and number since it serves no purpose anyways. Other than that, the staff was great, the truck was great, and the prices are fair.BRADLEY M.
I ordered truck online and was going to do the self pick up. It wasn't working so I went inside for help. They asked me if I had a mask and I told them I can't due to my medical condition. So they asked if I could step outside while they helped me so I did. One of the guys was nice helped me with my truck but the manager gave me my receipt and he charged me for the movers insurance which I didn't order. I asked him if he could change that and he said â€œit already went through I can't change it you have to call customer care.â€ Then he mocked me and said â€œwell if you would have worn and mask we wouldn't have had this problem.â€ I can't wear a mask and I'm willing to do whatever to accommodate like stay outside while they help me or do it over the phone. There is no reason though for me to be mocked and get poor customer care just because I'm not able to wear a mask. I know times are tough but this is unacceptable and I hope he does not treat others with this way who cannot medically wear a mask. Also i don't know if he just didn't want to help me out but he should be able to have the power to fix his mistake on my charges even after he charged my credit card. Lastly, again I don't know if he was just out to get me but he called me this morning to say that I will be charged a late fee since I have not returned the truck. I then politely told him I returned it last night and put the keys in the drop off. He said oh I never checked my worker has a hurt back so I'm covering for him. It just seemed odd he didn't check before he called me. Sorry for the long comment but I think U-Haul should know how. Call me if you need anything further information.Jordan S.
