The truck I was given was in very poor condition—the alignment was terrible. Unfortunately, I had to relocate quickly and didn’t have time to exchange it, which I’m sure is the case for many people when moving. I would never rent a U-Haul again; driving that truck five hours away was a truly stressful and upsetting experience. Please ensure that this vehicle is not rented out again until it receives the proper maintenance, as it is a serious safety hazard.

Came to this location for a CargoVan rental, the staff was so friendly. Love how clean, the CargoVan was. I look forward renting from this location again.

First and foremost I would to say a special Thank you to the employees at this location, for making my moving so smooth. They were both so friendly and accommodating. Came in for my rental, they helped me with uploading my drivers license as my phone was not working. The entire rental process, was so speedy. I will definitely recommend this location, for the great customer service I received.

The Florida movers you scheduled me were theives! They stole several items I'm just noticing. My vcr, o-cedar mop & bucket I just bought, multiple boxes are missing with things I'm looking for. My mistake was detail labeling what's inside each box & they read them & took the boxes with the items they wanted. They broke a table, just gushed boxes together smashing the contents inside just ignorant & terrible, the workers at this U-Haul location had terrible attitudes, that black gay male in there was very disrespectful getting smart with me telling me I'm supposed to connect my car to the trailer myself & I need a man(boyfriend) to do it not them, the Indian or Trinidad woman working with him had just as bad attitude saying, "If u done this u should know to do it yourself!! Just nasty. I told them a man I spoke to on the phone who said he's not there Wednesdays the day of my move told me to drive my car on the ramp & someone would connect it but those people harassed with with harsh humiliating words
