It would be easier if there was a sign at the location to explain how to access the u haul ‘s without bothering the staff .

when l picked up the truck it was low on fuel only to discover that it was vandalized needing a mechanic to which uhaul dispatched one with in an hour. the service was awesome throughout the time.excelant company. l will be renting from them again.

The back of the U-Haul was open upon arrival, full of snow, contained a burnt blanket, a backpack, and spilled candy. The dolly that we booked was missing. It’s in a sketchy part of Edmonton, which is likely where the hole in the gas tank was tapped (later discovered). There is no one onsite to assist and the phone number on the door went straight to voicemail.

The online check out was terrible and checking in the screen went blank not even sure if it was processed properly but was charged for the rental

The location is too small but still serviceable. The trailer had one tire with a slow leak and by the time I returned it (5 hours) that tire was soft. Did not impact my project but this was not my first issue with tires on a U-Haul trailer. Staff member was knowledgeable and friendly and had me on my way quickly.

Since your local dispatch thought I was an employee, they had me driving everywhere but my original PU and DO location. I’m appalled how I was treated overall and will not recommend you for any moves to my following. Nothing was convenient, or simple.

Have the person issuing the trailer/ truck make himself available to the customer. He was not on time with another customer. I worked around his time because he was not available when I wanted. His priority is not the customers.

Well for starters any vehicle that is to be towing should be diesel powered. The trailer should be rated for speed limits in the pickup area. Speed limit 110. Trailer 55m or 90kms. So not a very thoughtful scenario. Having all your possessions packed and driving 20% below the speed limit basically. It also added much more time on the road. When travelling 2200kms. There should be a better cab in the truck as well very cramped

It was tidy enough when I picked the van up. I took photos and noted the discrepancies. I cleaned it up before use and loved having the cargo van for the week! It served its purpose well and I felt comfortable and safe driving it. I will def recommend this location and using a moving van. I will def book this van again. Super great experience thank you!

And when I went to pick up my U-Haul, the truck wouldn’t start and they sent me to another location where I had to do a mobile check in and that ended up being harder than it needed to be as well. I would definitely not recommend this place.

The tank was basically empty when I picked up the U-Haul, the guy at the location I dropped the truck back at was rude. He called me and asked where the key was, even though I put it back into the box it was in when I picked it up. I will not be using U-Haul again.

When your treated like a VIP customer, but actually your just an ordinary joe… I am extremely impressed to see that there’s still people in todays day and age that go that extra mile to accommodate someone and even go above and beyond to provide the most amazing customer care and service to accommodate a complete stranger and ordinary Joe …👏👏👏 Well done well done !!! I know that any future U-Haul reservations and storage accommodations will be made with Boxcar Storage Edmonton on 78 st and 127 avenue that is guarantee; well, that is if I want to deal with accommodating very plate and courteous customer service with no hidden transaction fees and effecient with their after hours pick up and drop off truck rental service It is a great feeling to know that you can take your business to a location and know that you are in good hands and that they are honest and accommodating. I can’t stress enough how impressed I am with this locations management and Custer service over all . Do yourself a favour guys if you’re planning on reserving a U-Haul or a storage facility, take your business to box car storage where you’ll be in good hands!!! Thanks again !! Tina

Firstly when I made my reservation over the phone, I ended up at 2 different locations that no longer rent uhauls. I ended up having to drive from deep Southside to Northside just to get the uhaul. Once there on site, chk'd my email only to find no code sent. No representatives on-site. Luckily there was contractors on-site who were able to help. Than Saturday sone man came banging on my door telling me he was gonna report the uhaul van stolen because they never signed it out correctly. If that's not bad enough, a cargo van cost me just about $400, for THREE DAYS!!! It would have been cheaper to rent the biggest truck for 3 days than this van. Never again!!!

There was a fuel spill due to the holes in the pipeline going to the gas tank. We noticed it when we refueled the truck, we called the service hotline but transferred from one department to another. We have to make a remedy to fix the issue. The saddest part is I was just charged 160.00 even though the truck was returned on the same day and on the exact location. This was my bad experience and frustration with you guys.
