I ordered a truck online I opted for the bigger truck to have a lift since I was moving appliances. I requested an appliance dolly. All was confirmed for a noon pick up. I got to the location at 11:45 no one at the location I went to the gas attendant who told me the guy leaves randomly and he always has to look for him. After waiting for 15 meetings I look around the corner and there is someone music on fixing a truck I go around and ask when the manager was coming and he said he could help me. I gave him my information they wouldn't accept my driver's license because it was a temp. I waited for my brother to arrive with his license while we waited at no time did the attendant say he didn't have a dolly. my brother came and left with the truck and two workers we hired to help move. the attendant confirmed he had ordered a dolly by uber. 15 minutes later he advised the uber was too small for the dolly so he would pick it up himself. I gave him the address in which he put into his phone. My brother and the two workers sat around for two hours while they waited for the attendant to show up. I call and he claims he couldn't find the address. Now this is the same attendant that took all my information my brothers information and never thought of calling us to advise he wasn't coming. I paid two workers for two hours to sit around. I had to drive myself to the location to pick up the dolly. when I get there, there is another gentleman sitting there and he claims now he can't find the keys to the dolly. I called to complain and all the customer service rep was say she was going to call the manager. Guess who the manager was the same attendant who cause me 2 hours of sitting around waiting for him. I am extremely disappointed, he promised he wouldn't charge me. To my surprise I was charged and not one person called me to ask what happen from corporate.
