Everything was great. The only thing is I was told I would receive a refund for additional days that I didn’t use but that’s not the case.

The driver and passenger windows needs to be re-addressed with weatherstripping. You could hear the wind blowing loudly. Also, I’m not sure if any of your trucks are equipped with cruise control. It would’ve been nice for across the country trip. Other than that, everything worked out fine.
Karen DMaybe just rinse off the trailers. Ours was covered in grass which isnt a big deal but U-Haul does ask the trailers be clean. It would be helpful if we got them clean as well
