Pickup process was a bear. I’ve never had to go through a verification process with U-Haul after over a dozen rentals. Was not appreciated and slowed a tight timeline down.

STEVEN ANo body was available when I went to pick up. I called U-Haul, spoke to Susan, she was WONDERFUL. She was able to complete the pick up, just when somebody showed up 30 minutes after pick up time. I initially requested to pick up at another facility. When I checked the rental on the app, I noticed the location changed. I was not notified of the change.

Michael CCheck in online was tricky for me. The tank was not full when I got it. I filled it up before I returned it and still got charged with gas.

Ryan WWay too time consuming, over an hour to sign up, half hour to return. I will never use this service again. Also I left my ezpass in van and Could not get anyone via phone or chat to help me. Was told wait time was 29 minutes, and i remained on hold for well over an hour. I also did a chat and was told wait time was 18 minutes. I stayed on line for the chat over an hour as well. I had to order new ezpass. Very disappointing.

Michael RPick up at that location vs the original location (at a staffed u-haul dealer) created a nightmare for us. The location was switched by u-haul at the last minute which was bad practice on your part. Don’t let that happen again.

Mirza MIt was not the location I had requested. The phone number given for support was disconnected. Mobile check out process did not work on Android. Had to use a friend's Apple iPhone to complete the transaction.
Virginia ABe sure to enter the correct information into the system. I spoke to a rep and gave him driver name, phone number, and drivers license information and the phone number was never updated for me which caused my so to stand in the cold for 60 mins as I made several calls to get the information corrected.
Matthew PI ordered a dolly and furniture pads for my move, but they were not supplied with my truck.
