Process was made fast and easy. Very helpful .
Tania HThey refused to give me a dolly because they said the furniture dolly and utility dolly wasn't the same even though they are the same price. The dolly I rented looked just like the utility dolly they have but he was telling me it was something different. So ok fine but when I returned the truck to the store, he said he didn't know how to take the dolly off the invoice, then today I noticed I was charged for the dolly and for stealing it. How can I steal a dolly I never received. I went to the store and they telling me I need to call customer service. Customer service told me they need to fix it. Customer service sent them an objection to fix it and they still acting like they don't know how to fix it. Very shady business. I left still with no resolve. I'll have to contact corporate or something I guess.

JANET RI would park the trucks with the cab facing the road. Backing up Ito leave is tricky and they have a corner lot on a major road plus adjacent parking by other customers.

LINA GI reserved a 15ft van. This location didn't have one so uhaul had reserved one at a different location. The morning of my move they called me to tell me they didn't have the 15ft. truck and that they could get me one the following day or next week. I HAD to move that day. I called uhaul and they tried to find one and even looked for a larger one but they had nothing but a 10ft. So now I had to make more trips and pay more money in mileage. Totally unacceptable. How do you let me reserve a truck days before my move then day of tell me you don't have any trucks. I'll use a different van company for any hauling i have in the future. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UHAUL FOR ANYTHING.

JINGJING WBad experience overall we were having a hard time trying to figure out what we needed to do to finish check out and instead of helping us he just kept mocking us and not helping
ALISON GThe agent has no clue about the cost of items, I purchased blankets online and he wanted to argue that I rented them, the truck has the smell of cigarette smoke, the box was filthy I had to clean it before placing my items in it, I tried contacting them several times and kept getting a message that the number could not accept messages. Great location but the wrong people managing it so I will never use that location again.

PETER SNo one helped me. I dropped it off at a gas station. When doing the return work myself is when I noticed the over charge on the miles. Unfortunately it wasn't something I checked before leaving with the truck.
JUDY RTruck had live bugs AND dirt in the cargo hold. The mirror was broken, the truck reeked from being neglected. Not to mention it was nearly on empty and required immediate fueling. Definitely below the standard I would hope uhaul has for its independent operators.

THERESA IEverything was great. I asked if I could pick the truck up a half hour early, they said yes no problem. The truck was in good condition And worked well. I got my kids moved and returned it within a few hours. Great experience. Thank you.

John MOnly issue was with the original place (Causeway Marathon) they didn’t assign me a truck so had to come to the Brandon Food Mart and everything went great from there

When I confronted the agent (who happened to be the agent who originally quoted the cost to me) he laughed in my face and said he realized the mistake later. I asked what I could do to resolve the issue. He smiled and said call customer care. After this interaction I will never rent from this location again.

Clint HEverything else was terrible. The first location for pickup didn't have anyone there to help me. So I had to go to another store..The first drop off location doesn't have u-haul any longer. And getting a new drop off location was a VERY POOR EXPERIENCE..THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A ( D).
