Our reservation was for 8am. No one was there at 8am. An employee arrived around 8:15 but he couldn't help us with the Uhaul he said we had to wait for the owner. We left and came back within the hour and the owner had arrived.

the equipment i rented was DANGEROUS. one of the vehicle safety chains was broken. the left back tire was almost flat. the strap ratchets were rusted and barely useable. the straps were frayed. one was half way through. unsafe junk.

All of the Contracting locations were absolutely wonderful. Both at my origination and destination. The problem lies with uhaul.com and with the representatives that directly work for U-Haul. They are the most insensitive, disrespectful, close-minded, and completely unhelpful employees I have ever encountered. If I had a choice of going with any other company other than U-Haul I will absolutely do that in the future.

Great customer service. The only problem I had was the appliance dolly I ordered was not in the truck and I had to travel 20 mins to and from and spend an hour on the phone with uhaul (and they weren't friendly) but after tracking one down we were well satisfied.

Worst experience EVER!!! Had a uhaul reserved for days in the Raleigh NC area and get to NC from Tn and NO ONE had a truck. We couldn't even get a local truck to bring back. U-Haul failed miserably. Then the marketing area traffic found this location and called to confirm the truck was actually there. These guys save our ASS'!!! Language but strong emphasis on how great this location did to get us rolling. Corporate U-Haul location was absolutely no help. These guys got us taken care of and on to our client after searching for a 26' uhaul OR penske to Wilmington NC for SIX hours after our reservation location failed

Yes, the location was nice, clean and homey. Was an older gas filling station, repair tire shop. You, u-haul, blended nicely was the surroundings. They had exactly what I needed, trailer was perfect, had a better experience than anticipated. I am starting to rely on you choice of locations for my needs. Thanks

You can't expect a shop from North Carolina to be up-to-date and modern as you would have a store in a city. But I would still rent from them.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences i ever had!!! i spend an hour and a half with four different people which i had to hold for 5-10 minutes each to speak to them, i reschedule for the next day. at the CS rep suggested i presigned in early the next morning, another 20 minutes. then i spend another hour the next morning with photos that didn't upload and screens locking up... i will never rent form you again! it was so bad i think you shouldn't charge me at all. 2 1/2 hours of my time is unacceptable...

Drop off point was changed due to covid19 I believe I should have gotten a phone call to inform me of the change but they sent a email. I wasn't checking emails because I was busy unloading the truck. So I drove to the original drop off site wasted my time and had to add more fuel. But the people at the Zebulon site were understanding.

The reservation process was a nightmare. I had to recreate my reservation after wasting an hour on line and no the phone trying to get the original reservation to work. The return wasn't much better - had to return to the location to finish the return process. Took three tries before that completed successfully. Last, looks like I was charged a $25 cleaning fee for returning the truck dirty just like I got it (with picture proof.) Not a good customer experience.

I had to drive my truck through a terribly muddy yard to get this equipment connected, costing me $30 to wash it all off my truck, and this was after it taking over an hour to check out the equipment because the gentleman was sitting back there talking to his family members on the phone, then his computer didnt work, them his printer didnt work, soni didnt even get anything printed out, which could have been a huge issue if I was pulled over by police.

They are not open on weekends. So if you have an issue it can't be resolved in the moment. Was not given the appliance dolly which was on my order. Had to call customer service, drive 10 min out just to pick up the appliance dolly that I needed and had requested on my order. I was NOT a happy camper!

Always have the trucks full of fuel and have each person fill it back up mine was at 3/4 full so when I returned it I had to keep checking the gauge so I ended up paying $20.00 over what I should have paid when I stopped pumping it said 3/4 but when I drove off it went passed 3/4 I know it's a small thing but when your moving money is tight and that $20.00 could have bought fast food for me and my kids
