Have people available at the designated pick up time to issue equipment. My pick up required over 3 minutes of waiting for someone to show up and three different phone calls just to have someone come to the location during listed business hours and at our check in time.

Robert MNothing unusual. Truck was very clean. The passenger side mirror was stuck and I couldn't adjust it but it was fine. Drop off was kind of weird but people were helpful.

Kenneth ACheckin took a very long time, over 40 minutes. The business is also a gas station/convenience store, so there were many interruptions during checkin. Also, the UHaul manager was not there, but on the phone, working in conjunction with the store clerk. All paperwork was done electronically while talking on the phone. The checkout time on the contract was at least 30 minutes before I actually got the keys and drove off the lot, delaying my loading and drive to the drop off location.
David OThere was no one at this location to meet us at 9 when our truck was reserved. I checked in on the app since I was sent a text to do so, but that seemed to cause issues with the truck that was assigned to me. It couldn't be found and when it was found, it was at a different location. There were same size trucks visible in the lot, but we had to go to another location because of the app assignment. We brought the truck home, filled it full of our stuff, and then noticed an inside rear tire was completely shredded. The fix for the tire was quick and didn't delay us, just wanted to report it since it was obviously like that when we picked it up. The truck was also on empty with only 50 miles left in gas.
Corrie BI had prefilled what I thought was all of the necessary information, had to repeat information that I had already provided and agreed upon regarding insurance and price of the rental. My initially requested drop off location also changed but it was still a quick process with friendly staff.
Gregory GThe gentleman whi helped me, while extremely nice, spoke limited English. It would help if someone there could interact a little better. Also, no one was there who spoke any English to help me when I returned the trailer that afternoon, which resulted in a wildly inaccurate receipt and calls to corporate.
Neal CI resent your policy of bait and switch. Next time, I will check out Budget and Penske before U-Haul.
Alton PWe love our Farmers Korner Uhaul and Sinclair Gas Station. Although, they are relatively new to the Uhaul business, they are fast learners, friendly, and very helpful.
CHRISTOPHER PI had a great experience and don’t have a single complaint about the service. Jose was very friendly and the people in the store were very helpful getting the process going. Would definitely come back and suggest to others looking for excellent customer service to use this U-HAUL.
John PEasy to drop off. This location has several businesses all staffed by the same people that take care of the Uhaul side of things. It is easiest to do returns via the app. I would recommend that they add a sign with a QR code for the APP or website to do returns along with the Uhaul primary contact phone number so customers can quickly start the return or pick up process while other customers that arrived 1st are attended to.
BRAD SThe location seemed disorganized & not very clean!
DALE AI had my rental for 2 hours before they were pestering me to drop it off. Was forced to drop off the equipment out of my way when there was a location 2 miles from me. Agent flat out lied and said the nearer location was at capacity which was total BS and the scheduled drop off location was only 4.5 miles away when it was actually 15 miles or 30 mile round trip. This company is spineless.

Linda PConvenient location, but between U-haul rentals, gas fill-ups and people eating from food truck, parking area was a little small for conjestion.
Charles FDropped off trailer the day it was rented. I was told to leave trailer in parking lot. I removed trailer with no assistance. Next day I received a message from U-Haul that the equipment wasn’t returned. I sent an immediate confirmation. I was charged an extra day because the facility did not check-in my equipment.
Paul SNot ready when ordered inside was dirty and broken rails missing o rings. New place think they didn't have enough help. They did try very hard when help arrived and were helpful.
Kirk OGot a call and was told they didn’t have the trailer size that I had prebooked ahead of time, but that they had a smaller replacement in the next town over. Drove an extra 30 minutes to the new pickup spot and they were closed. Called Uhaul and turns out they actually did have right size and it was actually in the original location I had reserved. So they I drove all the way back, picked it up, and had very mediocre customer service at the pickup spot.
