The rental location is in a remote area, and the attendant was by himself and unsure as to how to record the rental transaction, In addition, I was charged for 2 rental periods even though I returned the rental the same day even earlier than expected !!!!

When the truck was returned as per the booking to this location within 24 hours of pickup in Ewing, NJ, the attendant refused to provide any paperwork proving return of the truck or even allow us to keep the original paper From the pickup. My daughter wrote the return mileage on the original receipt and took a time stamped photo. When I got the final bill it included 2 extra days of rental. It took a week to get my account credited for the overcharge even though I provided the time stamped photo. NOT HAPPY with U-Haul!! Smaller locations are not well supervised or trained. Customer Service was friendly but very slow to act.
