1 out of 3 spoke English. Very rude. Didn't have a clue how to dispatch our car hauler out. Took about 45 mins to just pickup trailer. They were clueless how the pickup operation worked. I had to call uhaul and thankfully they took care of dispatching it out. I had to connect my own trailer which is suppose to be their job. Very bad experience at this location. I wouldn't let them ever do business with the public.

William HWhen the truck was returned as per the booking to this location within 24 hours of pickup in Ewing, NJ, the attendant refused to provide any paperwork proving return of the truck or even allow us to keep the original paper From the pickup. My daughter wrote the return mileage on the original receipt and took a time stamped photo. When I got the final bill it included 2 extra days of rental. It took a week to get my account credited for the overcharge even though I provided the time stamped photo. NOT HAPPY with U-Haul!! Smaller locations are not well supervised or trained. Customer Service was friendly but very slow to act.
