I paid for an appliance dolly and the wheels were flat, they barely worked. My husband picked up the uhaul and they said we rented the furniture covers but I did not (he didn't know) so I think we got charged for those too. People were nice, location was accessible and we could leave our car there so that was nice too!

We went to pick up our rental and immediately found a gauge taken out of the side of the back a passenger tire. We understand it is not the locations fault however we were then required to take the U-Haul to a different location for a new vehicle rental 12 miles out of our way. This disturbance also added an additional 2 hours to our moving day and was very unhelpful and overall a poor experience.

Don’t charge a late fee. We had some circumstances we ran into while rented and was returned by late due to the issue of other not ours and was charged a late fee another day rental because of this. Not happy

I sure will recommend this place to all of my neighbors and family. The sale lady was so kind and helpful. The office or building is also alot of toys n many products. To all our neighbors stop by good for birthdays n my my Christmas for toys alot of reasonable prices. Place location is off of George St...
