Things to improve: Alert the location that the customer is coming to pick up the vehicle, have actual U-Haul personnel on-site when picking up and especially dropping off the vehicle, have the customer be able to drop off their keys when they need to/when they said they were going to drop them or at least let them know the times at which they cannot.
