I took the word of the young man that the trailer was clean. Got home and it wasn’t swept and there was two large pieces of cardboard that covered the entire inside of the trailer and I had to dispose of it. Can’t believe that he asked for a 5 star rating

The clerks were not trained on how to use the system to rent the trailer, he didn't even know how to hook up a trailer properly and safely. I'm experienced with all trailers big and small, they told me I wasn't allowed to hook up my own trailer it was against policy. The trailer didnt have a jack to lift it to hook up. I was disappointed on the loss of time it took to rent it and return it. Staff was friendly.
