All the staff there are very helpful and this is the third time we rented from them and was so glad. The service is very good, and their prices too!
KEITH KOur reservation was pushed back 1-1/2 hours by U-Haul the night before pickup. Then when checking in, the lady didn’t have any reservations under our name and would’ve turned us away had I not been consistent about asking multiple questions to find our reservation. When returning the U-Haul, the “WordLock” would not allow us to open the lock and follow the online directions. What a disaster! Will never rent another U-Haul or use this location again. Would rather pay for actual movers. We learned our lesson.

BRIAN KRough experience this time. We rent all the time from here and this time was a hassle. Staff wasn’t super friendly. We had issues with the self service. The size of truck we reserved wasn’t available and neither was the size down. Had to use a very small size and had to make many more trips causing more gas to be used. We were not very happy with the experience.
Isaac DTell clerks to check the vehicle in immediately while the customer is present. My rental was returned on time. I was told, "just leave the key on the counter, we'll get it checked in. Thank You." Well, the check in time reflected approximately 35-45 minutes after I actually turned in the key; resulting in false additional charges.
James ADropped the truck off with more fuel than I picked it up with. Charged $15 for 2 gallons of fuel. THIS LOCATION IS A SCAM. DROP YOUR TRUCK OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE!
KEVAN BThe equipment was very clean and service was amazing however I do think the truck I had could use service as it ran a bit on the rough side and I'm glad I didn't have to drive it very far.
Tamara AWhile the truck started and ran okay, it had absolutely no power. I had to "floor it" to get up a small incline. I couldn't take it on the freeway for fear that it wouldn't get up to speed. I had to take back roads which cost me time. '

MARIA SI was disappointed to be charged an extra $25 for cleaning, given that the truck was clean. The only issue may have been that the blankets were not properly folded—a simple task that would have taken only a few seconds to do myself. The attendant was disinclined to inspect the truck while I was in the office dropping it off, leaving me to wonder if that was a deliberate decision to justify an upcharge.

ALLEN MOverall good experience. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Only negative was the facility is cramped and one has to be extremely careful driving around the lot.

Ian CTruck was reserved a week ahead of time card and everything went pick up and they wouldn’t let me have computers down called all over town and knowone had a truck I had 3 people to help me the people working there said they couldn’t do anything about it so after an hour of making calls the computer did come up and finally go it was told the truck had a half tank of gas went back in and told them they agreed and truck was filthy dirty
JEFFREY MThe truck rented was smaller than what was requested. They were out of the size I'd reserved.Customer service was fair, but nothing exceptional or even above standard. When I arrived there were 2 staff people in the office. One on the phone signing up for health insurance coverage, the other which sent me out 2x to go walk around lot and find truck. The truck was brand new (2024) but had some issues - check engine light was on and tire needed air. I understand those are the results of customers, but for what is charged to rent a truck, that should be addressed and fixed. The best and easiest part was returning the vehicle. That staff was friendly and efficient. Lastly, I'm not complaining about the total cost to rent, but why not be upfront with it. Charging more the a dollar per mile driven, various fees, taxes, and charging a rental rate plus a rental charge it costs much more than $19.99 a day and feels deceptive. Don't know that I'll have a better experience with a different business, but know that next time I rent, it won't be with U-haul.

STEPHEN WI made the reservation well over 6 weeks in advance. When I arrived, I was notified that the two hand trucks and furniture dolly I reserved was not available. I was told that those items first come first served. If items are reserved, they should be available the day of pickup without having to run all over town to get them from a dealer that has them.

SERYOZHA SLeo was amazing with helping us during a hiccup caused by someone at the main UHaul company changing our arrival truck time. Leo not only fixed our issue, but made sure we were on the road on time, therefore I’d only recommend working with Brimhall because of Leo.

CHRISTOPHER HI took it there after hours so there should be an n/a option to rate the location and personnel. The drop off instructions were also not clear, including the fact that I needed to fill up the truck prior to drop off. Also, the camera on the app was extremely faulty. After a picture was taken I had to press "back" 8-10 times before it actually went back. Once I doubled clicked back and it cleared all my pictures. I had to take pictures of everything 3 times before it worked. Also, I was told to park "anywhere on the lot" but it was closed so I couldn't enter the lot. Bad communication and bad app. I'll never do self-service drop off again either.

Chase WWell when you open the door because the fender had been smashed and made a terrible popping noise and the truck was completely covered in dust inside and out it was just filthy.

DI WThe truck was dirty and dusty inside, had multiple scratches on the truck and a bumper that was “wonky”. The people at Brimhall Mini Storage were great and very helpful. The truck was a mess, aesthetically, but got the job done.
Melissa WPlease have vehicle washed and windshield clean and free of dead bugs and road debris to include mirrors and front of moving vehicle. I sent pictures upon pick ip but never was contacted by UHaul customer service care support.

Julie STruck smelled like cigarettes, windows were covered in bugs and the equipment that I reserved was not in the truck or available. This would not have been caught if I had not opened the back and checked myself. Was charged and upon discovering that had to reverse the charge and get recharged. This meant I was out $1400 during my move as both charges were pulled from my account.

Mark TAfter returning the vehicle with gas that was used in our very short 20+mile trip.that took a total of 2 hours..they charged my card for 14 glallons of gas @$84.00 . When I called they immediately said I need to call corporate office. Total SCAM BUYER BEWARE. I I called the 800 number the lady there was super friendly and understood my concerns. Pictures of the gas recept and of gas Guage were submitted to be determined by another department. If this is taken care of ill be good but will not be using that location ever again. I will continue to use uhaul just need to be more aware I guess.
