Omarr HHave an employee who let's the renters know every detail of the rental agreement. The employees were crooked and charged us for things that they did not tell us about, one of which nearly cost us our lives while travelling on the road. Two other things they did not tell us about was there apparently a limited amount of mileage and that to go over it there would be an extra fee, and they did not tell us that there was a cutoff time for returns on the last day of our rental so therefore we were charged for an extra day. Overall very unsatisfied, very angry. We were uninformed, overcharged, and cheated

Natalie KCall or go into the U-Haul location where you would like to pick your U-Haul up from. A family member reserved online from U-Haul was told where to pick it up, she was given a verification number, and I being the family member that lived in this area went by to check on it the day before we were to pick it up, and they did not have our U-Haul, we located it 20 plus miles away. Luckily this location did not have the one we reserved but he had one we could make do with, we called and canceled the one that was 20 miles away, rented the one there locally and everything worked out Fair we were hoping to have a U-Haul that you drove that had to ramp but had to go with the 5x8 trailer that you pull. We have used U-Haul many times before never had any problems with the reservation I guess there can be slip-ups. So U-Haul, my advise to this company, is to get better at making the reservations for the ones who choose you. The main and probably one and only reason to rent a U-Haul is to move something or move a home with the family, is to make sure that you all is there at the location that they requested and not cause them any more further problems with their move.

ANDREW EAfter picking up the hauler and returning home, I found a combination padlock on the rear bay door. I called the location back and they said it was my responsibility to remove it. The tools recommended I did not have, and knew no one to ask. There was no apology or attempt to make it right - nothing; just a 'too bad' response. This was very unprofessional! I should not have had to break into a van I rented. This should have been checked before allowing me to take it in the first place. So I ask, on behalf of future customers, that this sort of thing be checked before allowing the vans to depart again.

Tijuana NThis man needs to be removed as a uhaul representative. He's blatantly rude to LGBT customers, lies about the condition of the trucks and the amount of gas in them. Even the lady at the storage facility down the street says she won't send her customers to him because he's an asshole. I've never been treated so rudely and disrespectful in my life. I'll never use this place again nor will I recommend his establishment to anyone else.

Joseph BHad one blown tire on trip back was shocked that it wasn’t 2 tires because one of the others looked bad like it may bust before I got home.

James dI tried to document that there was mud on the passenger side and that the driver’s door key wouldn’t open the door, but the online feature wouldn’t upload my pics. I didn’t hold this against the location.

I was given all the info I needed and should have. The gentleman that also works there hooked up the trailer to my SUV with smile and had great tips. THANK YOU

Diane Hwe had a printed confirmation for the Pinehurst location and when we arrived, the location was closed. no communication, no call the night before as advertised. when I logged in my order, I saw that the truck was now waiting for us 45 minutes away in Rockingham. this made my whole day go on a tail spin. not nice.

Richard HI don’t like when companies ask you to sign documents before you perform an inspection which is what happened. Once I got in the truck, the cab was dirty with animal hair all over the seats, dash and floor along with dirt.
