This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I made a reservation to pick up a truck at 9:00 PM on Saturday, including an appliance dolly. When I arrived at the location exactly at the scheduled time, there was no truck available. The reservation meant absolutely nothing. I then had to call customer service and spent over an hour on the phone trying to get the situation resolved. After all that time, the only solution they offered was for me to drive to another location about 20 minutes away just to get a truck. This completely disrupted my plans and caused a major delay. To make matters worse, the appliance dolly that I had specifically reserved was not provided either. What is the point of making a reservation if the equipment is not available when you arrive? This experience was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time. I expected much better from a company like U-Haul.

Location and cleanness of the trucks horrible. No dolly as ordered. Truck lacks the ramp/lift. Had to lift our stuff in there! Location rescheduled 3 times to find our truck lacking any type of dusting! Sadly Uhaul has monopoly / would never use them!

When contacted via phone, the Agent was very unsupportive. When I tried to convey my frustrations, I was told “I don’t have time to deal with this, I’m busy. Call the 1-800 number.” I am a very unsatisfied customer & I would not be picking up a reservation from that location again even though it is the closest to my home.
