Hello this location did not have equipment that I needed I returned the trailer the same day then they turned around and charged me an extra $57 for 2 days that I didn't even use the trailer inconvenience to me I'm not going to that location again

I reserved a truck and was not told about doing the check out was self service. I was on the phone with u-haul for 1 and 1/2 hours just to get the code to get the key to the truck. I will never rent from this location nor recommend it
