The vehicle was in very bad shape. The door seal on the driver side did not seal the door at all, and kept falling off. Also, the fuel tank was almost empty when it was given to me. I had also asked for 10 blankets which were never in the unit either. I would not recommend this location to an enemy, let alone a friend.

First off, I booked my U-Haul at a location with humans. Since they didn’t have the truck even though you let me book it I had to pick it up from a location with no humans. This was not told to me. Secondly, when I arrived to pick up the truck I got a call that I needed to sign in online, which was not told to me, so was not done. 5 minutes later I get a call from the same guy asking if I had signed in yet, I had not. He said it wasn’t rocket science and asked if I was dumb. That’s unacceptable and I told him that with obscenities. Lastly, the manger called me up and I couldn’t pick the truck up 3 hours later because the app would not accept my ID. On top of that, he gave me the wrong code for the lock box. He offered 5% off my rental because of the inconvenience. Which was not honoured. This was the worst experience and will never pick up at this location and would not recommend. They don’t open until 10 and they harass and belittle their customers

Barely acknowledged me, took the keys and kept talking with a friend
