Claimed that we were able to drop off van at any given location. Was given no option to drop off van anywhere until Monday morning. Was rude over the phone when explaining how we had a same day 8:30pm drop off. Added insurance without my consent and then was charged "after hours fees" when they never explained they closed at 2 and the van was rented at 1:30pm.
