Attempted to call multiple times, but phone number listed is not valid. Truly wish i could have spoken directly to someone. I needed help with return. But phone was not taking messages and it disconnected.
WALTRINA MMake sure that the drop off or pick up locations employees are trained the right way to make sure customers are not accused of stealing property or dropping off late

LoDonna FVernita needs to service customers with an Greet and smile instead of looking out the window pointing directions (very unprofessional) I had to say hello because she was looking mad, as she was reviewing the truck I stood at the end in the cold and snow fall never knowing she walked inside to service the next customer, U walked in and she said oh that was it! Now I'm lost like why didn't she tell me that! I said is everything ok and she said she didnt know but check my email. I said happy new year and walked away. Very mean person.

glenn gI place my rental online through U-Haul.com I received my confirmation email. I supposed to pick up at 453 Commerical Ave Calumet City, IL going by my confirmation. When, I got the location at 9am the lady proceed to tell me I did not have reservations. I pulled up my email to show her. She seem so unconcerned and could not help me. So looked in the system she tells me that my reservations was in Harvey, IL. I'm very disappointed with U-Haul. I would not recommend or use again. The loaction on Harvey was great. Very disappointed customer. You guys need to look into your online because it's sending people off. Very disappointed customers

I was promised a customer service manager would contact within 3-5 business days - It has been almost 2 weeks and haven't heard from anyone. I am beyond pissed. I will never rent from U-Haul again.

Josh RI was a little upset at the rates charged. I only needed the truck for one day as a one way and there are no options to pay less one way for one day. I think that policy should be changed. I drove 122 miles and dropped the truck off the same day, I shouldn't have been charged for 2 days. Also, I still cannot get a break down of my charges, instead it's a flat rate. This is not a fair method of charging customers.
DULCIE GThe person I had to deal with didn't mnow what she was doing, the DSL was disconnected after she started doing my application and didn't know what happen. 2 credit cards wouldn't go through. I paid extra money at the ATM to paid in cash after I was asked too do so, that still wouldn't go through. The lady called someone else and they were able to do my contract after 1 1/2 hrs and inconvenienced with having to go to an ATM and pay extea fees for not using my own bank. My reservation was for 11:00 am I arrived at 10:20 am and didn't get the van until 11:56 am which made me 1hr late for an appointment which was the reason I needed the van.

KATINKA JCredit my account $150 - I did not receive the location or pick up time as agreed my last 3 rentals in 30 days. My last 2 before this one - took me 2 states to pickup and 2 states to return. That made Chase thouhrvit was fault and I had to call them when attempting to refuel the truck and pay the bill. It was such a horrible experience and the $50 you credited was not sufficient. Very unsatisfied customer

Nick SBrown Brothers is an auto repair shop primarily. Did not have the 6-4 pin connector device (I was able to obtain from a auto parts store about 1/2 mile away). No other supplies available that I could see. Manager was friendly. Trailer was clean.

mark mOur original location was no longer affiliated with you. We pulled up and the guy came out yelling, that we couldn't leave the truck there. Thats after we called the 1-800 number to confirm the drop off location. We had to call the 1-800 number again and find a new drop off location. That's after a long exhausting day of moving, not to mention that we were being charged by the mile and for gas. Not happy with the return!
SHAINA AAll information should be communicated prior to rental. I did not get my receipt/contract until 2 days after I returned the truck. I am pissed with the service and the fact that I had to pay $70 for gas when it was never explained to me what the procedure/requirements were. I will use budget next time.

CARA JI put the gas in before I returned it and they say it wasn't at the right level, but I checked and the driver did and it was at the correct level. I don't think I should have to pay 45.00 for gas when i Put it in prior to returning it. Something isn't right, because two of us verified it.

BRIAN JThe reason I would recommend them to a friend would be because of their customer service. They show a true desire to make sure the customer is taken care of. The larger U-Haul stores could learn from the small locations like Brown Brothers.Thanks to them for a job well done.

Sharon JClean the trucks prior to the use of the next customer. I received the truck and inside the truck were "weed bags" and cigar "blunt guts/ wrappers" in the ashtray. Make sure the brake lights aren't broken and are working properly.
SHAWNDRA RMy experience was not a good one with this agent. I called 2 days prior and was told that I could get rental @ 8:00am. When I arrive about 8:45am, I was told that the person that handles rentals would be there in 30 minutes. After coming back I was able to get rental and was told to bring rental back by 7:00pm. However, when we arrived at 6:24pm the owner was closing up and refused to open up again and told me to come back the following day (Saturday) to conclude our business. When I arrived on Saturday, again I was told that the person I needed was unavailable and would return in 30 min. When I returned , I was told that I was not due any money in return even though my receipt clearly states that I should. I will not recommend this particular agent to anyone. I feel that I was not treated in a fair way. Although the refund wasn't for a large amount, the customer service that I recieved was unacceptable.
