Get availability of trucks in the area where I'm moving. Twice now I have had to pay round trip mileage because two locations in my area didn't have a truck. This has cost me over 100 unnecessary dollars.Ryan T.

The 2 front trailer interior tiedown rails were not firmly attached to the trailer wall at one end, so tiedown straps could not be secured at that end, making it difficult to secure furniture.Glenn O.

I've rented several Uhauls over the years. This was the noisiest I've ever rented--very squeaky. Didn't seem to have mechanical issues, just the cab was noisy. I kept thinking the window was open so I'm guessing a window seal had deteriorated.Jonathan H.

Reservation was not automated and facility was closed. Waited an hour for my truck which was sitting on the lot by I could not access with the app as scheduled. UHaul help was worthless. Telephone support came on and passed to another wait line - gave up after 30 minutes. Chat didn't help either. Reservation setup wrong from by UHaul from the start. Customer service was poor. Guy at counter would not help with mileage question...nothing he could do; miles are tight because the rental is so cheap; nobody wants to do this work anyway... We had to call the regional mgr for help while at pick up & he gave us 30 miles to cover move. Also, damage to driver side decal not indicated on app. When I tried to upload a file, it would fail. Used U-haul over the past 40 years...by far, the worst experience at this location.Tim L.
