upon arriving at the facility to obtain the equipment of which I rented, I waited for approximately 30 minutes before someone was able to help me. i was there at the scheduled pick-up. after doing so and going out to hook up the equipment there was a homeless man sleeping inside trailer I was to rent and it smelled horribly. Against better judgment I took it to use but quickly realized I did not want to use it so I returned it early. I would not recommend using this location to anybody. I did not feel safe and it was very gross. My first poor experience, using U-Haul after being a longtime customer

Poorly identified as to where to drop off the unit, no directions to drop trailer so I dropped it off next to a few U-Haul trucks and after I had already unhooked she expected me to reconnect and move to the back because they didn't have a way to move. You're a U-Haul dealer and don’t have a way to move a trailer?

When I arrived I was told the reserved truck was not onsite or available. UHaul tried to send me to Newberry. There was a 26' truck parked in front that they did not know was there and available. They did not update the mileage on the way out in their system, so I paid for an extra +/- $100 of mileage (assuming from the previous renter). I note that the lady who helped was amazing, but the UHaul people dropped the ball.

Utility and appliance dolly was unavailable. Manager asked me to wai 20 minutes while he went to another location to pickup. I elected to follow-l him. We arrived at the other location as t and there was no dolly available. Manager at both locations did little to assist me with locating dolly.
