Although the rental location did all they could to make the experience tolerable, needing to go through the "U_Haul" process made me NOT want to do it again. "Pre-check in"? did NOTHING - it saved no time but just made me have to do everything twice. The insistence on pre inspections of my vehicles wasted an hour of my time to go through that hoop for NO reason. The insistence on prior inspection of the vehicle I was hauling was laughable. IT WAS BEING HAULED BECAUSE IT WAS INOPERABLE SO HOW COULD I BRING IT BY FOR INSPECTION?

My beef isn't with Browne's Farm, & garden (They're not responsible for U-Haul's policies), It's with You greedy jerks at Uhaul nickle, & diming EVERY damn little thing, last year, & for no less then THREE decades prior, a Uhaul came with a damn padlock, blankets, & a dolly/hand truck, I had to BUY a padlock, & dolly because of You turds, + the current insurance is outrageous! ... the belief that EVERY business SHOULD grow at least 10% every stinkin' year is ridiculous these days, rich losers need to get a clue, & get off their' fat asses, & see how the REST of America lives/works!

It was clean but….The check engine light was on after driving literally one mile down the road and the whole u haul shook and bounced if driving on the highway for a stretch no matter how fast or slow we tried driving. Didn’t really feel safe the whole time. Also, advertising a $19.99 rental option but only having the $39.99 option available kind of sucked a lot. And then to find that after all was said and done the total bill for that $39.99 rental truck was almost $300.00 because of taxes and fees, not even any damage or anything…. It’s just not been a great experience. Honestly the only good thing about this experience was the girl that helped us-Jessie. She really went above and beyond trying to make everything right before we took off.

Had trouble downloading all the your information thru no problem with the young lady doing the paperwork ( computer stuff)
