Got charged 50$ in over due fees even though I turned the trailer in on time the day it was due because of negligent employees not reporting that the equipment had been returned will never go there again.

I did not have an issue at Bruce's Tire shop. But, the system to log in for check out and check the truck back in, is NOT user friendly. So the lower rating is for that. Plus when I called the 800 number to uhaul for assistance they didn't help with the issue checking it back in after hours.

Process to pick up truck via app is way too long. I also think stuff like drivers license and verify contact number should be done day you make reservation not day of pick up. Pick up location was easy. However I think there should be a way to be more specific on where truck is at to pick up such as being able to put that it is in back so your not spending time searching everywhere. Truck was clean

I was told I could drop the uhaul off in Osceola Ia. Drove it there and they said if I left it there they would charge me an additional 900 dollars. So we had to leave and then drive to UNIONVILLE Mo. a long ways out of the way not to mention the additional gas it took. Very frustrating. And not happy at all.

We arrived at designated time and didn’t see the trailer so went inside the store. They said they had it stored elsewhere and would have to bring it over. Then it had a flat tire so they had to change it. They were supposed to let us know when it was ready. After 30 min we asked and oh apparently the guy forgot to tell us it was good to go. They should have had the trailer at the store ready to go at 1200.

When reserving a truck, please have it available at the location it is requested, not 50 miles away! This is not the stores fault, it is a scheduling issue!!! The store we picked up the smaller truck and trailer was excellent and was also disappointed that the truck we ordered wasn't available for us.

1 hour prior to pickup I was notified my location did not have my truck, leaving me no choice to drive 80 Miles return trip and I was charged for those miles, (originally estimated 2 Miles) and I reluctantly drove a 26 foot truck, (not what I ordered) but again it was moving day so I had no choice but to take what was available last minute. Not a good experience at all! Apparently CAT order was put in but I was charged mileage regardless!! My original pickup location is located across the street from my new residence in Senior Housing. In conclusion this was not a good solution for a Senior Citizen and a regular UHAUL customer!

Went to drop off trailer- -Went into the smoke filled office and a lady yelled she would be right there. I stated I was bringing a trailer back for drop off. She said to do it online or the app. wasn't helpful at all. I went back outside to start foiling on the Phone, to turn on location for uhaul website, take pictures of the trailer, unhook where I assume was an okay place? After 20 min of trying to check out on the phone and nearly no phone internet reception(its Missouri) it got done. Could have been so much simpler. Wont be using Uhaul again.

Dropped off on a Sunday, no one around. Had to park in the street, the lot was full. Labor from Crosby Movers at destination were fantastic...highly recommend them.

Small tire shop with friendly and helpful staff that got right to work taking care of our Uhaul needs. Highly recommend.

The lady in charge wasn’t there when we had our appointment to pick up. We had two guys there do their best to help us and after a half hour we were able to talk to someone on the phone to help get things going but you shouldn’t have someone in charge that isn’t willing to show up when you set appointments.

U-Haul needs to be more blunt with customers about possible last minute changes for rentals of vehicles. And in the event of major last minute changes, such as their reservation not being available day of.... U-Haul should compensate customers better.

Pick up was supposed to be in Kirksville. Picking up in Unionville added 1.5 hours to a very busy day.

Facilities closed Saturday and Sunday with full visible lot. I had to return Monday after finally get phone answered at 11 am. I had to drop off trailer at rear in the automotive repair empty lot next door. No help disconnecting or placing off road on dirt

The only thing I noticed wrong was the drivers side windshield wiper blade was missing.

The people were friendly but I was charged for extra gas when I filled it up to the amount it was at when I picked it up. The only place to park was on an incline. I feel that was why they thought I did not put enough gas in it. I was charged for two extra days when I returned it back before my contract stated it was to be back. I was also charged for additional insurance when I bought insurance already when I picked up the truck. Bailey, at the pick up U-Haul facility fixed it all. I had called the drop off location first, but they did not help me at all. I was directed to take it up with the National Office. Thanks to Bailey, I was helped.

I've never met Bruce from Bruce's Tire I've always dropped off after hours. I dropped off there twice, if the front is full there is parking in the rear it's a nice size lot! cell phone service is really iffy at this location.

There was trash and the previous customers paperwork still in the truck. Plus your online reservation system could not get me a truck close to my desired rental location and your company was not willing to bring truck closer to me. I had to drive 45mins one way out of my way to pick up the truck and another 45 mins back to the location where I should have been able to pick the truck up in there first place. So it cost me an extra 90 mins of my time and 90 extra miles on my personal vehicle and gas. This was my 3 time reverting from Uhaul in the last year and may be my last. It was a terrible experience and a terrible way to conduct your business.

We checked in after hours. Again my complaint is against Uhaul, not the location. We had to check in online and when we did it showed that we had no current or previous rentals !! We left the truck there and dropped the key in the drop box, but it was unsettling to leave an expensive piece of equipment without any confirmation of uhaul receiving the truck.

What a dump to drop a truck off. We went by it 2 times because it is joined with a closed garage old station maybe and passed it. Poor signage for this location. The after hours was an absolute joke! We were on the phone for over an hour trying to get someone to help us figure out how to do what the instructions said. Poor internet reception there and had issues till the last person we got hooked up with asked us if we had the U-haul app downloaded. REALLY!!! 7 reps for this company and the last one tells us about the app! Your time may not mean nothing to you but we wasted over an hour having to deal with your poor "after hours return" oh & we had it for 2 days but returned it early because we we done using it.

Have everything ready for pickup and vehicle on site to pick up-not an unattended site down the road 3 blocks. U-Haul site was noot really functional. Had problems even though everything was reserved ahead of time.

I spent 45 minutes trying to get my rental. I had already completed the rental on line. Their printer didn’t work and my contract was not ledgable at all. Very bad experience. I will Never use again

They didn't have a clue about what they were doing there. I had to hook up and check out the trailer myself since they didn't even come outside at all. More training is in order.

Waited over 45 for pick up of the truck, then when I finally got the truck it had no gas, was giving a check to local gas station to go get gas and then asked to bring the receipt back to the location, my pick up time was 10am the truck should have been ready to go, because it wasn't it slowed my move down and I had people waiting to help load the truck just unprofessional in my opinion. Thank you

We had to use this location as our truck did not come in on time to the Ottumwa, IA location. No discount or compensation for us having to drive an extra two hours to pick up the truck.

It was the only location to drop off. Inspection took a long time to get someone to perform. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to drop off a clean, I undamaged truck and trailer.
