Give the customer notice if the truck is not available within a 30 mile radius. Uhaul called me 2 days before my pickup date to tell me I had to drive 3 hours round trip to pick up the truck. That was some bullshit.Peter H.

The store was terribly understaffed. The employee was very good, friendly and patient; but she had to service other customers while checking in the truck. The delay and wait time was ridiculous. Th u Gaul website is slow, poorly designed and extremely difficult to navigate through.Rhody D.

Didnt get the key until 30 minutes after my appointment time despite doing online checking because there was no-one at the store who was 'authorized' to hand me the key. Manager needs to train their staff.HAYDENDOMINIC I.

I am not happy with the promissory note charges, i told four people that I needed the truck to go to Cheyenne and back and the brush location was more do able for me cost wise. I even called to request the location be changed. I will not pay almost $300 dollars to the incompetence of a company who does not listen to a customer's needs. I will go elsewhere from now on. This was the second time in a row ive had these same issues and i will not be recommending uhaul to anyone. Ive had ENOUGHJenny G.

Having trouble as the truck got stuck in the mud after use and on way back to drop off location. The entire UHaul staff including regional manager and road support rose to the occasion and helped us out - at nine P.M.ROBERT S.

No issues with drop off or pick up..my vehicle however sounded very loud due to the seal on the door either cracked or worn out..so most of my 16 hour trip was loud wind but other than that everything was perfect!Bryant R.

I was charged twice for the same order and have been on the phone listening to the same computer talk for over an hour. You could only charge me the one time to improve experience for next Customer. I believe this was Uhaul's fault and not the fault of the people operating this drop off location.Thomas P.

The web site was a pain in the ass, It dropped the application twice, Monte was only the Driver He did NOT create or set things up, It didn't keep the credit card that we put in to hold the reservation, we paid cash and the system didn't work with that. As a whole the process is not user friendly.Monte B.
It took an hour to check out the Truck and get on the road. The Uhaul Dealer did not do a walk around with me at the time of rental and so I took pictures of everything, including the Dash showing mileage and gas gauge Although, I had estimated 150 miles for the trip, and based on the photos I had taken of the mileage, before I left and when the Truck was returned, the Uhaul Dealer tried to charge me for additional mileage. It was overall an extremely bad experience.BETTY C.

They couldn't get the reservation pulled up quickly, clerk handling the transaction appeared to be in over this head. The pickup that should have been a 10 minute process to more like 45 minutes!James V.
