DAVID CThe place looked like an abandoned facility. Nobody was around or would answer the phone. I had to self return the truck. But, the website would allow me to. So I got charged for the truck being overdue because of Uhauls God awful customer service.
JEREMIAH Wowner was wonderful to work with. the first time we rented i called to confirm and he answered promptly and answered many questions. we wanted a 10 foot and he let us know that he only had 15 foot but the 10 ft price would be honored. when we had to cancel the truck due to illness he was helpful and very kind on the phone. the way he treated us definitely convinced us to use this facility when we finally were able to set a date for use. we had tried 2 other rental facilities that were located closer to us in clarion and left messages and no one called us back. we needed to move furniture that was located in brookville so we tried bubba's and we are glad we did! no complaints and excellent customer service.
