Gina LI experienced quite an ordeal with trying to get a 15' truck, with only 26' trucks available, and appliance dolly, which seem to be very scarce. However, everyone that I contacted along the way (two dealers and the U-Haul scheduling center) was courteous and helpful. Ultimately, I got a 26' truck at the 15' rate and the owner of Bubba's fetched a dolly for me.
