Location was supposed to be open at 8 am for my pickup at 8 am. No one was there, gate was locked, and no response to phone calls. I also called the U-Haul help line and was told I would be transferred to regional manager and was on hold for 15 minutes. The location owner finally arrived 30 minutes late and I was able to pickup my rental. The location was also unresponsive in days prior when calling to ask questions regarding the rental
