Improve your overall U-Haul customer service. I was having difficulty with accessing the key and had to call. The person I spoke to could not have been more rude and acted as if I was ignorant for not knowing the check in process, which wasn’t even coming up. After she hung up on me, before I could even ask a question, I then spent the next almost 40 minutes trying to complete, through your app, the worst check in I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. I was almost an hour late getting the truck I arrived on time to get, the awful person on the phone who said she’d adjust my time of course did not. The facility I rented from was amazing, but I will do everything I can to never rent another of your trucks from anywhere after the experience I had yesterday.

The store I was supposed to be picking it up from was supposed to be open. Was closed. Set me back almost an hour and a half to get the truck. Had Movers waiting on me. Been using U-Haul for years. Bad experience. Can’t get a manager to call me back.
