Tell people up front the price, don't say 37.50 them add $50 more to the bill. Had the truck for less then 2 hours

Mike W | Overall ExperienceI had 3 different temp controlled units ...one in building A, one in building B, and one in building C. The door in building B did not work properly for over a year. In the fall the door was not closing properly, I made a complaint to upper management and expressed concerns about when it would snow. This summer the temperature in the building was reading 80+ degrees and the humidity was high...not what I was paying for. The day I moved out ( Jan 27) was cold and snowy, the door has a visible large crack/ opening where it is not closing and the temp was 65 degrees.
Zoe C | Overall ExperienceTruck pickup was a disaster. Original pickup location did not have trucks. I was then led on a "wild goose chase" to three more locations before I finally got a truck. To add insult to injury I then had to pay for extra miles because of the remote pickup location. I'd like an explanation.

Richard FUhaul rental was 1.5 hours late and I ordered 6 moving blankets and only received 4.
Bryan BCouple things. 1. I returned the trailer on time, at 9:05 12/26, but I was charged $30 late fee. The attendant was having trouble with the Uhaul computer system and was corresponding with Uhaul via text. I don't think I should have been charged a late fee! 2. This location was not set up to deal with trailers and offered no assistance.
