This location is much better prepared to hook up a trailer and in this case, disconnect a trailer. The technician was very helpful and informative. If I need a Uhaul in the future, I'll go back to this location as I was very pleased with the service I received there.

I dropped off the car hauler Monday morning when the gates opened. They checked in the equipment on Tuesday and I was charged an extra day not good business practices. .

Went to this lication after uhaul failed to inform me that reserved trailer was not available at time of pick up at Jeffs Automotive. Mr Buffalo at Buffalo Automotive was very helpful.

Just make it easier to check out and in equipment. Nice people, but very busy when I needed to return the tow dolly. Didnt know when and if they checked it back in until I chased them down to ask.

I was told to take truck and trailer to one place in Anderson Missouri but 3 weeks later we have been on the phone and waiting to find out why our trailer wasent checked in with the truck just to find out two days later you guys did get everything from us on time but needed more of my time. UHaul made this the hardest by far move of my life and I’m scared to ever use you guys again although I’m sure I will have to at some point. I just wish your company cared about people’s time and running people around sending them miles away from where was agreed upon and then sticking them with the extra mileage and gas charges of like $250 bucks to run around and fix the error made by the first UHaul Rep and the second people I dealt with obtaining the equipment did the same thank god the third Rep and 5th knew how to do their job. I really can’t comprehend how nobody notified me until 16 days after the rental was already returned to tell me it hadn’t been returned due to someone not doing their job because I checked it in online and can still prove that thank god or you guys would be hitting my credit card for all that late payment even though it was returned with the truck as we were told by another Representative on the phone. Nobody was there in Anderson when I returned the equipment but also 3 weeks later Im dealing with U-Haul getting texts making calls because they hadn’t checked our equipment in on our account when we dropped it off only 3 weeks earlier and now to have finally spoken to someone who easily intelligently fixed the issue that I never should have had to be a part of if I returned my trailer in early, but weeks later get told I’m still renting it and I need someone to speak to about my late fees. Ha what a joke

Test drive the tucks before renting Ours felt like it had a front end issue

When returning the trailer I waited in the drop off area for a decent chunk of time, eventually going inside to see if anyone was working. They asked what I was there for, I said to return a trailer. They told me to just drop it off in the back, so I just went back out of the office and put the trailer over by the couple others that were there. I was going to inform the staff at the location that I was not super happy with the trailer since when I was unloading my belongings a lot of the stuff on the bottom was wet and it had been raining for the majority of my trip, but when I entered and got the response I did, I didn’t feel it was worth the energy to try and talk with them.

Run down shack of a building with abandoned cars in the lot. Not clean in the slightest. Locked doors to building; nobody answered upon knocking (during business hours). Had to honk horn obnoxiously just to get personnel to come out and acknowledge us. Received poor instructions for drop off. Personnel did not check in the vehicle correctly, so now I'm dealing with unjustified late fees.

1st I would like to say that the mileage charge was off because it said I had drove 90 something miles and there's no way because I drove straight from the location to my house to my destination and back to the house then straight back to the Return location. It was around 40 miles and also I put a quarter of a tank in the gas tank because there was a quarter of a tank in it and it still charge me $11 and some change For fuel. I was flustered returning it because the app was giving me a run for my money and then this ordeal was making me late for my pool tournament So I forgot to even mention the fuel charge and the mileage Then. If it wasn't such a big difference in the mileage and the Unnecessary fuel charge I wouldn't even mention it
